Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Repair Services.

1. Booking Fee:
1.1 Customers are required to pay a booking fee ranging from $49.99 to $99.99, depending on the location, to secure a technician visit.

2. Cancellation and Refund:
2.1 Customers can receive a full refund of the booking fee if they cancel the booking at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time of the technician.

3. Completion of Repair Service:
3.1 Once the technician has successfully resolved the issue, customers are expected to assess the quality of the work.

3.2 If the customer is not satisfied with the completed repair, they must notify us immediately to discuss potential resolutions.

4. Warranty:
4.1 We provide a 30-day warranty on the parts used in the repair service.

4.2 Exemptions from the warranty include damages caused by water or Physical Damage.

4.3 To avail of the warranty, customers must:
- Report any issues within the 30-day warranty period.
- Pay a one-time visit fee of $49.99.

5. Refund Process:
5.1 Refunds for the booking fee will be processed if the cancellation occurs within the specified timeframe (see section 2).

5.2 For warranty-related issues, the customer must follow the procedure outlined in section 4.

5.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 3 to 4 business days in the original form of payment.

6. Non-Refundable Items:
6.1 The booking fee is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 6 hours before the scheduled technician arrival time.

6.2 The one-time visit fee for warranty service is non-refundable.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy:
7.1Telco.​ Retail Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the refund policy will be posted on our website.
